Save as images should include video 'image'

Hi,

When I save as images (to print my slides out) I just realised that you don't include a slide for Video items.

Please can you include a slide for video items - just a plain image with a play button on? This way when our service leader uses the slide printout they will have everything there - otherwise they are missing that there is a video!

You include a video slide using your inbuilt printing of the website document, but these slides are too small to use. So I think there is precedent to include a Video slide when saving as images.
